Valiant Laboratories IPO Reason for issue
The company plans to use the funds generated from the offering for the following purposes:
- Investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Valiant Advanced Sciences Private Limited (VASPL), to partially finance the capital expenditure needed for establishing a specialty chemical manufacturing facility at Saykha Industrial Area, Bharuch, Gujarat (Proposed Facility).
- Investment in VASPL to support its working capital needs.
- General corporate uses.
