In a pivotal move in 2013, Vivaa Tradecom Limited acquired the ongoing manufacturing business of Readymade Garments through a Slump Sale Agreement with M/s. Parikh Impex Private Limited. From 2013 to 2022, the company successfully managed both manufacturing and trading operations. However, in 2022, the manufacturing unit was divested to Globe Textiles (India) Ltd., leading the company to exclusively focus on trading activities from April 2022 onwards.
